This is the most amazing, energized retreat where you can grow body mind and cellular level. The staff is like a puppy... with a new slipper every time you walk in. My husband had a very bad snore, followed by one full minute of not breathing several times per night. We did one session with the tesla light and he slept sound. You can pick your recipe for a sound sleep or fully energy to keep up with your shopping girlfriends for a full day out on the town. OsteoStrong is an amazing place! I am so glad I received a flyer about the Open House they were having back in... February of 2019. I started my workouts with them the last week of February and have been coming ever since. The workouts challenge your balance and strength to help your bone density. Then you get to enjoy a massage on one of the Hydromassage Beds. There is also a Chi Machine and the Bio Charger to help revitalize your body and your mind with healing energy waves. I always leave there feeling stronger and ready to face the day! I know my strength has increased and my energy level is amazing:)read more

I look forward to my sessions every week at Osteostrong. The staff is incredible. I feel so much stronger than I used... to be. It also has helped my balance. Doing this and watching my diet has helped me lower my A1C as well. Highly recommend!read more

I initially started at Osteostrong just out of curiosity. I am an Olympic lifter who tracks my progress religiously.... After going to Osteostrong once a week for the past four months, I have increased the amount of weights I can lift by 25%. The same progress took me over a year pre-Osteostrong. I have broken my personal records in all of the lifts as well. My balance and flexibility also improved. Now I can do single legged squats on their vibration plate, which was something I was never able to perform before. Initially I didn’t know what to expect, and the results completely blew me away. The people there are so genuine and kind, and you really feel like you’re part of the family. They are very knowledgeable at what they do, and I implore you to give it a try. The time to build strength and bone density is NOW, and not when you are older. By then you would already be at a higher risk for falls and fractures. I am very happy with my results as a 32 year old, and will continue my sessions with them.read more
